The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bravo lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends McKenzie sprawling to the canvas. Bravo follows him down, looking for the kill. Can McKenzie hang on?
McKenzie is rocked!
It looks like Bret McKenzie has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Bravo trying to mount his opponent but McKenzie defends it.
McKenzie is still in real trouble! Can Bravo finish him?
Bravo decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Bravo misses with a wild combination.
A slapping body kick lands there for Bravo.
McKenzie looks gassed!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Bravo moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt McKenzie! Bravo continues to tee off on McKenzie, landing with a left and a right! Bravo connects with a right hand that leaves McKenzie sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Bravo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mario Bravo!
Mario Bravo opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
