Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dowell stuffs the takedown attempt from McNutt. McNutt gets slowly back to his feet.
McNutt dives in and scores a takedown into Dowell's guard.
Dowell looking to hit a scissor sweep but McNutt is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dowell trying to control the position.
McNutt is stalling in the full guard.
McNutt with a nice head shot there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McNuttis looking to pass into half guard but Dowell pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Dowell is in guard.
McNutt wants to sweep here but Dowell controlling him for the moment.
Dowell has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of McNutt is proving hard to escape from.
McNutt is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dowell postures up.
McNutt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dowell on the ground.
McNutt working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Dowell has passed into half guard!
Dowell looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

McNutt trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Dowell is looking to stand but Dowell has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
McNutt has given up his back.
McNutt rolls, trying to escape but Dowell keeps control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dowell has got one arm under McNutt's chin. This could be trouble... McNutt trying to control the other hand but Dowell gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, McNutt has tapped out! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Mac Dowell!
A very excited looking Mac Dowell made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
