Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Map Gostos A (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gostos A's entrance music is The Metal - Tenacious D. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Santos shoots in looking for a takedown. Gostos A tries to sprawl out of it but Santos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gostos A manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Santos is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Santos thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Santos is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Gostos A gets his way!

Gostos A has hold of Santos's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Santos manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Gostos A has hold of Santos's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Santos seems comfortable defending it but Gostos A has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Santos is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Santos is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Gostos A couldn't care less - he's delighted!
