Obama has chosen The Star Spangled Banner by Jimi Hendrix as his entrance music. Carl Rickson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Barry Obama's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obama swings for the body but Rickson moves out of range.
Rickson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Rickson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Obama throws a head kick but Rickson moves out of range.
Rickson cracks the inside of Obama's front leg.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Obama looks gassed!
A nice leg kick lands there from Rickson.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rickson fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Rickson lands a leg kick that knocks Obama off balance momentarily.
Obama takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Rickson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Barry Obama has been cut.
Obama chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rickson can pounce on him.
Rickson throws a quick inside leg kick.
Rickson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Rickson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Obama has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Obama takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Rickson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A chopping leg kick lands by Rickson.
Rickson connects with an inside leg kick.
Obama's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Rickson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Rickson lands a big head kick that sends Obama tumbling to the mat! Rickson takes a step backwards and waves Obama back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Obama is rocked!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rickson, right into the meat.
Rickson throws a leg kick which misses Obama's front leg but catches the back leg as Obama tries to avoid it.
Rickson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Obama. That did some damage!

Rickson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rickson misses with a wild combination.
Obama on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Rickson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Obama throws a sloppy head kick and Rickson moves out of range easily.
Rickson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rickson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Obama. That did some damage!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Rickson throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Obama is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
