PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fred Fuse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fuse comes to the cage accompanied by Wont Back Down. Mason has chosen Standing Ovation as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Fred Fuse has been cut.
Mason moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Mason throws a leg kick but Fuse moved away.
Fuse wants to clinch up but Mason keeps it at a distance.
Fuse fails with an attempt to clinch.
Left hook, right uppercut from Mason.
Fuse tries to clinch up but Mason circles away and keeps his distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mason throws out a leg kick but Fuse moves out of range and Mason only half commits.
Mason lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Fuse just misses with a punch to the body.
Fuse takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Mason sends Fuse crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mason is motioning to the referee to let Fuse up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Fuse is rocked!
Fuse backs away from a small jab... but Mason lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Fuse crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Mason with a spectacular finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Mike Mason!
