Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by Davis.
Cd thuds his shin into the meat of Davis's side.
Cd throws a push kick but Davis slaps the foot to one side.
Davis checks the leg kick nicely there.

Davis looking to score a takedown here. Cd is defending well but Davis drives through and ends up in Cd's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Davis loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Davis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Cd throws the kick towards the body but Davis avoids it.

Both fighters circling a little - Cd finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Noah Cd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cd does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Cd dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Davis. That did some damage!
Davis throws a series of punches but Cd moves out of range.
Cd lands a nice looking body kick.
Davis shoots in looking for a takedown. Cd tries to sprawl out of it but Davis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cd manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Davis throws an overhand right that lands on Cd's shoulder, as Cd tries to avoid the shot.
Cd displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Davis throws out the jab.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Good leg kick by Cd there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Cd feints and then cracks Davis's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Davis down.

Cd keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Davis will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

and Davis counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Cd is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Davis is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Davis takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
