Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Five Sixteen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathaniel Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Price is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Thunderstruck. Nathaniel Price will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nathaniel Price!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Five Sixteen closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Price did well to prevent Five Sixteen getting side control.
Five Sixteen wants to control but Price is keeping him busy.
Five Sixteen passes the guard and advances to mount!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Price sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
