Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chaka Mababa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andreas Reinhardt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mababa kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Street Fighting Man. Chaka Mababa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reinhardt blocks the body kick.

Mababa throws a right and a left that Reinhardt avoids nicely.
Mababa takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Reinhardt uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mababa.

Mababa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mababa looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Mababa gets caught napping as Reinhardt dives in and scores a takedown. Mababa manages to retain guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Reinhardt throws an elbow that misses. Mababa uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Reinhardt's guard. Nice move by Mababa!

Reinhardt tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mababa knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Mababa is doing well to control the position and prevent Reinhardt from advancing to side control.

Mababa has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Reinhardt off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Reinhardt misses with a looping left.
Mababa throws a hook to the side of Reinhardt's head but Reinhardt sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Mababa looks to throw the jab but Reinhardt is out of range.
Reinhardt scores with a one two! Mababa had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Mababa gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Reinhardt points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Mababa wakes up just in time to hear Reinhardt thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

In his post fight interview, Andreas Reinhardt gave a big smile as he said 'It's really nice to get back on track with a win. My last two fights definitely didn't go the way I wanted, but I'm back now and more determined to get back into the title hunt.'.
