Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Laz Icarus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Furcal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Icarus throws a front kick aimed at Furcal's knee but Furcal avoids it well.
Icarus tries to score with a low kick but Furcal moves his leg out of the way.
Icarus attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Furcal stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Icarus swivels though and keeps the full guard.
