Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trent Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Lukeba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lukeba closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Lukeba pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lukeba closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Lukeba seems to be looking for submissions.

Lukeba closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lukeba lands in his opponent's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lukeba crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jones - the referee stops the clock and Lukeba gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jones. Lukeba manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Lukeba tries to score a body lock takedown but Jones shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Lukeba looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Jones is defending well. Lukeba quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Jones has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Lukeba celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
