Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Taavi Liisteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Worsely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liisteri comes to the cage accompanied by Solid Base - I like it. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mark Worsely was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liisteri has his takedown stuffed
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Worsely throws a leg kick but Liisteri sees it coming and moves out of range.
Liisteri gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Worsely counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Taavi Liisteri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Liisteri takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Liisteri changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Worsely tries to avoid it but Liisteri manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Worsely to the ground. Worsely escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Worsely counters with a nice uppercut.
Worsely moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Worsely tries to clinch there but Liisteri circles away.
Liisteri walks into a stiff left hand from Worsely.
Worsely paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Worsely ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Liisteri moves away.
Liisteri shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Worsely counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Worsely just misses with a punch to the body.
Liisteri gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Worsely counters with a shoot takedown. Liisteri fights it but they end up in guard.
Liisteri has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Worsely can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Worsely is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Worsely stands and throws Liisteri's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Worsely is putting a hurting on Liisteri here, landing some big shots from side control.
Liisteri is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Worsely trying to control the action but Liisteri is working from the bottom.

and Worsely counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Liisteri's guard now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Worsely is wriggling around trying to escape.

Liisteri has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Worsely's face.

Worsely tries to lock up and control but Liisteri gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Worsely has his hands clasped together but Liisteri extends an breaks Worsely's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Liisteri.
