Dempsey comes into the arena with On the Eve of War - Jedi Mind Tricks blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dempsey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Christopoulos manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dempsey avoids the body shot from Christopoulos.
Dempsey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Christopoulos swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Christopoulos throws a right and a left that both miss.

Christopoulos postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Dempsey looks a forlorn figure.

Christopoulos scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dempsey to see if he's OK.
