Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nanner Nuts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koji Sukaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nuts comes to the cage accompanied by Bananaman. Nanner Nuts has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuts tries to close the distance and clinch but Sukaka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nuts tries to clinch up.

Sukaka avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nuts doesn't manage to clinch there - Sukaka circles away.
Sukaka takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Sukaka decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Sukaka passes to side control.
Nuts is looking for a sweep.

Sukaka is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Nuts has escaped the position, nice work there.
Sukaka just content to control the position.
Nuts manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Nuts wants to get back to his feet but Sukaka is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sukaka wants to control from the top but Nuts keeps moving.
Sukaka distracts Nuts with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Sukaka stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Nuts throws up his legs and catches Sukaka in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Sukaka tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Nuts! That came out of nowhere!
