The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blood blocks a jab.
Henry Blood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blood doesn't manage to clinch there - Sullivan circles away.
Sullivan looks to land a combination but Blood avoids it well.
Sullivan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Blood 's head backwards.
Sullivan lands a nice hook to Blood 's body. Blood takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Sullivan misses with a straight left.

Blood drives through with a takedown into Sullivan's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Blood stands and throws Sullivan's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Sullivan takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Blood is trying to get an arm triangle but Sullivan is defending well.

Sullivan takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Blood looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Sullivan is avoiding damage well.
Blood happy to just control the position for now.

Blood stands up and beckons Sullivan to his feet.

Sullivan throws a body punch but Blood moves out of range.
Sullivan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Blood tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sullivan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Sullivan works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Sullivan lands a head shot.
Sullivan stuffs the takedown attempt from Blood . Blood gets slowly back to his feet.
Blood takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Henry Blood has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sullivan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Blood drops his hands momentarily and Sullivan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Blood shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sullivan as he jumps to the side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Blood uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sullivan.
Blood throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Sullivan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Blood fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sullivan manages to avoid it.

Blood shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sullivan napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Blood tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Blood stands up and beckons Sullivan to his feet.

Blood decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Sullivan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Blood .
Blood looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sullivan is fending him off so far but Blood persists. Nope, Sullivan circles away and we're back to standing.
Sullivan throws a solid leg kick but Blood takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sullivan.
Henry Blood is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Sullivan misses with a wild body shot.
Sullivan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Blood uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sullivan.
Sullivan lands a glancing blow to the side of Blood 's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sullivan enables Blood to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sullivan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Henry Blood overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Sullivan wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Blood manages to pass to side control.
Blood is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
