The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junez stuffs the takedown attempt from Cervantes. Cervantes gets slowly back to his feet.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Cervantes.
Junez is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Cervantes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Junez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Junez is trying to get back to full guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cervantes in particular looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cervantes wants to get back to his feet.
Junez tries to roll over but Cervantes keeps him under control.

Cervantes is looking to pass to full mount but he's left his head exposed in the process. Junez has locked up a guillotine and regained full guard. He's really cranking on it - this could be the end!
