Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chen Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonardo Slaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leonardo Slaine!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Slaine fails with a takedown attempt.
Slaine throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Slaine dodges the punch combination from Chong.
Chong stuffs the takedown attempt from Slaine. Slaine gets slowly back to his feet.
Chong throws a chopping leg kick but Slaine manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Chong misses with a wild combination.
Chong throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Slaine.
Slaine fails with a takedown attempt.
Chen Chong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leonardo Slaine.
Slaine throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Chong misses with a body kick.
Slaine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Slaine closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chong circles away.
Chong attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Chong throws a series of punches but Slaine moves out of range.
Chong is breathing heavily.
Chong looks to land a combination but Slaine avoids it well.
Chong throws a nice looking combination but Slaine bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Chong misses with a two punch combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Slaine misses with a takedown attempt - Chong sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A combination from Chong does no damage.
Slaine shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chong as he jumps to the side.
Chong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chong lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Slaine is looking to close the distance but Chong sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Slaine crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Slaine is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
