Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aima Hei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reed has chosen Jean Baptiste Lully - Marche Royale as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hei checks it well.
Hei throws a one two combo.

It looks like Oliver Reed has been cut.
Reed staying out of range there.
Reed throws a leg kick which misses Hei's front leg but catches the back leg as Hei tries to avoid it.
Reed throws a leg kick but Hei sees it coming and moves out of range.
Hei connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reed ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Hei misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hei avoids the body shot from Reed.
Hei changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Reed lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hei at a distance.
Hei tries for a takedown but Reed sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Reed rushes Hei and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hei wants to get back to striking at distance but Reed won't allow it.

Hei goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

and Reed counters with a crisp one two that drops Hei! Reed thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Hei to his feet! Hei is in big trouble!

Hei fails to land with a series of punches.
Reed throws a low kick but Hei avoids it.
Hei fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aima Hei. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hei gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Oh Hei is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Reed throws a body kick that misses.
Hei misses with a telegraphed body shot
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Hei seems to have got his legs back now.
Hei is breathing heavily.
Hei on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Reed lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Reed throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Reed just misses with a punch to the body.

Reed cracks Hei with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Reed has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hei to stand back up!

Reed avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Hei ducks right into an uppercut from Reed.

Reed misses with an attempted mid kick.
Reed throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Reed lands a front kick.
Reed feints and then cracks Hei's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hei down.

Reed cracks Hei with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Reed has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hei to stand back up!
Reed lands a nice leg kick that just misses Hei's sensitive parts.
Reed looks for the body kick but Hei saw that one coming.
A nice inside leg kick there by Reed. That's going to slow Hei down.
Reed throws an overhand right that drops Hei like a sack of potatoes! Reed dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
