Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pekka Karma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kreisi Bailaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Karma might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pekka paukuttaa ja naiset itkee.. Karma has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bailaaja with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Karma is breathing heavily.
Karma on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bailaaja is looking to slow Karma down with leg kicks.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bailaaja throws a leg kick which misses Karma's front leg but catches the back leg as Karma tries to avoid it.
Karma takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Bailaaja lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Karma takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

It looks like Pekka Karma has been cut.

Bailaaja connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Karma to the floor! Bailaaja dives in looking for the finish!

Karma is rocked!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Bailaaja is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Oh Karma is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bailaaja takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Bailaaja is trying to work for a kimura but Karma is defending well.
Karma might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Bailaaja content to control rather than advance.

Bailaaja is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Karma defends it well.
Karma seems to have got his legs back now.

Bailaaja stands up out of the half guard.
Bailaaja fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Karma has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

A solid leg kick lands there for Bailaaja.
Bailaaja connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Karma walks forward, straight into a front kick from Bailaaja.
Kreisi Bailaaja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Whack! Bailaaja lands a heavy head kick that drops Karma. The ref tackles Bailaaja to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Karma was done.
