The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Billet scores with a decent looking hook.
It looks like Dirk Harvath has been cut.
Harvath moves away from the strike by Billet.
Harvath is looking to chop away at Billet's legs.
Harvath throws the kick towards the body but Billet avoids it.
Harvath throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Harvath fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Billet has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Harvath feints and then cracks Billet's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Billet down.

Harvath lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Harvath throws a head kick but Billet moves out of range.

Crunch! Harvath slams his shin into Billet's torso.

Billet has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Harvath.
Harvath attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Harvath lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Harvath looks to land a combination. Billet sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Harvath.
Harvath lands with a kick to the temple. Billet shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Harvath throws a nice outside leg kick.
Billet on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Harvath throws out a leg kick but Billet moves out of range and Harvath only half commits.
Billet rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Harvath makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Billet really felt that one!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Harvath dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Billet. That did some damage!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Good leg kick by Harvath there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Billet blocks a head kick by Harvath.
Billet wants to slow Harvath down by chopping away at his legs.
Harvath is looking to slow Billet down with leg kicks.
Harvath lands a big head kick that sends Billet tumbling to the mat! Harvath takes a step backwards and waves Billet back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Billet checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Billet might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Harvath has got the better of the exchanges.
The fighters circle, before Harvath throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Billet's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Harvath lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
