And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mike Hawk!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawk misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jones with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Hawk looks gassed!

Jones drops Hawk with a big left hand and mounts him. Hawk is in big trouble!

It looks like Mike Hawk has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Jones misses with a head shot.

Hawk tries to hold on but Jones pushes him away.
Jones misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The referee warns Hawk that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Hawk is rocked!
Jones softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Hawk is out cold! Jones jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jon Jones!
