The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kikkas misses with a takedown attempt
and Lahti counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Lahti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kikkas manages to avoid it.
Lahti punishes Kikkas's body with a nice straight punch.
Kikkas is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kikkas drops his hands momentarily and Lahti takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Osvald Kikkas has been cut.
Lahti lands a nice shot to the body.
Kikkas takes a body punch but keeps moving.
BOOM! Lahti lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kikkas. Kikkas tries to recover but Lahti is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kikkas lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Waltteri Lahti!
