The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Bala.
Williams feints a jab promting Bala to slip. Williams then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bala slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Bala displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Williams.
Williams throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bala keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Williams misses with the combination.

Bala lands a left and a right that send Williams crashing to the mat, dazed. Bala thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Williams is rocked!

It looks like Ieuan Williams has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Williams shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bala sprawls well. Bala wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Williams gets slowly back to his feet.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch but Bala swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bala misses with a wild combination.
Bala misses with a head kick.
A jab from Bala finds it's way through Williams's defenses.
Bala throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Bala has closed the distance and engaged Williams in a clinch.

Williams is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bala is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Williams to the mat. Williams regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
