The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halleck tries to clinch but Aoki is having none of it.
Halleck takes a swing at Aoki's ribcage but misses.
Aoki tries a head kick but it misses.
Aoki shoots in but Halleck avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Aoki shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Halleck as he avoids it easily.

Halleck moves into the clinch.
Halleck lands a nice knee to the body.
Halleck comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Halleck connects with a nasty looking knee right to Aoki's face.

Aoki pulls guard.
Aoki wants to sweep but no luck.

Aoki is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Halleck has his hands clasped together but Aoki extends an breaks Halleck's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Aoki.

Shinya Aoki tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
