Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Decklan Stroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Hay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stroy's entrance music is What's Up, People ?!. A fine choice. Decklan Stroy had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Decklan Stroy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Hay!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Hay!
Hay swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice sprawl there from Hay as Stroy shoots in.
Hay throws a one two combo.
Hay misses with a series of wild punches.
Hay throws a combination that misses
and Stroy counters with a thumping low kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hay.

Stroy closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hay to the mat! Hay manages to get full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Stroy wants to stand but Hay is controlling his posture from full guard.
Stroy works over Hay with some ground and pound from guard.
Stroy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Stroy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hay not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Stroy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hay swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hay keeping moving, preventing Stroy from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hay working for submissions but it's allowed Stroy to get to half guard.
Hay is looking to get back to full guard here but Stroy has managed to pass to side control instead.
Hay looks gassed!

Stroy slows the pace down.
Stroy wants to control but Hay is keeping him busy.
Stroy looks up at the clock and then as Hay takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Stroy smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stroy is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hay has escaped the position, nice work there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hay gets back to half guard.
Stroy thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Stroy decides to return to a standing position.
Hay misses with a leg kick
and Stroy counters with an outside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Some wild striking there from Hay.

Stroy sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Hay to the ground! Stroy dives into full mount looking to finish!

It looks like David Hay has been cut.
Stroy is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Hay goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Stroy!

After winning the bout, Decklan Stroy thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
