Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sadaho Maeda!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maeda avoids a kick to the body.
Yokohama throws a front kick aimed at Maeda's knee but Maeda avoids it well.
Yokohama has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Maeda finds it's way round the side to connect with Yokohama's head.
Maeda with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Maeda throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Maeda lands the left hand.
Yokohama misses with a series of wild punches.
Maeda tries a head kick but it misses.
Yokohama shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Maeda as he avoids it easily.
Maeda lands a high kick!

Yokohama is rocked!

It looks like Sanji Yokohama has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yokohama is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Maeda.
Oh Yokohama is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Maeda keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Yokohama.
Yokohama fails with a takedown attempt.
Yokohama seems to have got his legs back now.
Maeda showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Yokohama.
Nice defenses there by Maeda.

Maeda chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Yokohama is breathing heavily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Yokohama is defended easily by Maeda.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sanji Yokohama. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Maeda connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Sadaho Maeda is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Maeda moves into the clinch.

Maeda breaks from the clinch.
Yokohama shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Maeda sprawls well. Maeda wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Yokohama gets slowly back to his feet.
Yokohama throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yokohama thows a left - swing and a miss!
Yokohama steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Maeda. That one must have hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Maeda tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Maeda closes the distance and clinches.
Yokohama swings wildly with an uppercut but Maeda uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Maeda breaks the clinch.
Sanji Yokohama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yokohama swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Maeda pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yokohama avoids the head kick by Maeda.
Yokohama takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Maeda lands a big uppercut and Yokohama crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Yokohama looks OK. Maeda waves Yokohama back to his feet!
That kick from Maeda tenderised Yokohama's leg. Yokohama is trying to keep his angry face on.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Maeda! Yokohama is out on his feet! Maeda rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Yokohama is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Yokohama is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
