Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Jason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morgan Maine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason comes to the cage accompanied by Kryptonite. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jason feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Maine's calf.
Maine blocks a head kick by Jason.
Maine throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jason tries a head kick but it misses.
Maine misses with a double jab
and Jason counters with a low kick, right behind Maine 's knee.
Jason slips a jab and a cross from Maine.
Maine walks straight into a right hand from Jason - that's dropped him! Jason jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Maine from any more punishment! Maine complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Aaron Jason!
A relieved looking Aaron Jason thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
