Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lenny Lukens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Davidson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as Lukens checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Lukens tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Davidson swivels and escapes.

Lenny Lukens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good leg kick by Davidson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lukens throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Davidson was covering up waiting for the punch and Lukens finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Lukens drops back, looking for a kneebar! Davidson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Davidson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Davidson!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Davidson wants to control for a moment but Lukens uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Peter Davidson will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Lukens jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Davidson walks away with a smile on his face. Lukens gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Davidson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Lukens is out of range.

Lukens closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Davidson's guard.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Davidson throws a right hand that Lukens ducks under and follows up with a left that Lukens also avoids with ease.

Davidson is looking to improve his position but Lukens isn't that keen on the idea.

Lukens has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Davidson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Lukens.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lukens takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Lukens has a hand on Davidson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Davidson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

I would just about give that final round to Lenny Lukens.
