The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De La Torre takes a shot right to the bread basket.
De La Torre misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
De La Torre with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kuno to score with a decent uppercut.
A shot to the liver by Kuno. Beautiful body shot.

De La Torre fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kuno avoids it really well and circles away.
De La Torre drops his hands momentarily and Kuno takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
De La Torre shoots in looking for a takedown but Kuno manages to keep the fight standing, pushing De La Torre's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ty Kuno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Guillermo De La Torre.

Kuno throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends De La Torre stumbling backwards into the cage! De La Torre bounces back off the cage towards Kuno, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Kuno lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Kuno celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

In his post fight interview, Ty Kuno started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
