Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jay Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Gagarin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Sing For The Moment - Eminem. Gagarin has chosen Necro - Death Rap as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gagarin gets caught flat footed, as Silva shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Silva seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Silva goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Gagarin turns into him and now he's in Silva's guard.

Silva has his foot on Gagarin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gagarin works his way back into a safe position though.

Gagarin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Silva pulls Gagarin in close to prevent any damage.

Gagarin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gagarin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Gagarin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gagarin has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted.

Silva is looking for a triangle but Gagarin pushes his legs off easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gagarin drops back looking for a leg! Silva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silva manages to kick Gagarin off! Gagarin jumps back into Silva's guard.

Gagarin drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Gagarin as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Silva screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Gagarin! Nice submission victory there!

A very excited looking Yuri Gagarin rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
