Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doc Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freeman comes to the cage accompanied by Danzig-I'm the One. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Freeman lets loose with a powerful body kick. Carter will feel that in the morning.

Carter ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Carter throws a head kick but Freeman moves out of range.
Carter is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Carter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Freeman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Carter has managed to get both his arms back between Freeman's legs - danger averted.

Carter is working to avoid the ground and pound but Freeman connects with a decent elbow.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Freeman stalks Carter and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Carter's face. Carter staggers backwards, shaken.
Carter thows a body shot but no joy.
Carter throws a leg kick but Freeman sees it coming and moves out of range.
Carter shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Freeman sprawls well. Freeman wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carter gets slowly back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that James Freeman will probably get the nod.

Freeman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Carter does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

James Freeman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Freeman has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Carter is defending well but eventually Freeman manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Carter has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

After the fight, James Freeman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
