Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinicius Ferrari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirk Diggler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferrari comes to the cage accompanied by Holy Diver by Dio. Diggler has chosen Godsmack - Cryin' Like A Bitch!! as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggler just misses with a punch to the body.

Ferrari got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diggler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ferrari has managed to get both his arms back between Diggler's legs - danger averted.

Ferrari decides to stand and escape the position.

Diggler shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ferrari but Ferrari pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Ferrari drives through and clinches with Diggler against the cage.

Ferrari's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Ferrari feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Ferrari has hold of Diggler's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Diggler manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
