With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Miguel Berrao!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Berrao finds it's target.
Berrao misses with a combination

and Irvine counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Irvine cracks Berrao with a big elbow.
Berrao is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Berrao tries to bench press Irvine off him but Irvine keeps the position.
Berrao is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Irvine trying to control the action but Berrao is working from the bottom.

Irvine is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Berrao has escaped the position, nice work there.

Berrao wants to stand but Irvine is controlling the position.

Berrao had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Irvine defends it easily.

Berrao is rocked!
Irvine arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Berrao's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Chris Irvine!
After the fight, Chris Irvine was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
