The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brit pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Brit knocks From Down Under to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
It looks like The Purple From Down Under has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brit misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Brit throws an elbow but From Down Under slips to the side and avoids it well.
Brit throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and From Down Under works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Brit wants to stand up but From Down Under is controlling the position.

From Down Under has a closed guard, preventing Brit from standing up.

Brit postures up in From Down Under's guard and throws a big left but From Down Under blocks it.
Brit missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Brit loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
From Down Under manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
From Down Under throwing strikes here but Brit is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

From Down Under postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Brit looks a forlorn figure.
