Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tomi Jarzynka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artur Kyshenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomi Jarzynka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artur Kyshenko!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Kyshenko or perhaps it was just good defense by Jarzynka which made him look bad.
Kyshenko shoots in looking for a takedown. Jarzynka tries to sprawl out of it but Kyshenko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jarzynka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jarzynka tries to clinch there but Kyshenko circles away.
Jarzynka shoots in and drives through. Kyshenko sprawls well.
Jarzynka shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kyshenko sprawls well. Kyshenko wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jarzynka gets slowly back to his feet.

Kyshenko tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jarzynka sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kyshenko somewhat.

Jarzynka tries to clinch but Kyshenko is having none of it.
Kyshenko misses with a takedown attempt - Jarzynka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jarzynka scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jarzynka.
Jarzynka shoots in for a double leg but Kyshenko sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kyshenko stuffs the takedown attempt from Jarzynka. Jarzynka gets slowly back to his feet.
Kyshenko connects with a leg kick. Jarzynka looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Kyshenko changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jarzynka tries to avoid it but Kyshenko manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jarzynka to the ground. Jarzynka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

No luck for Kyshenko with that takedown attempt.

Kyshenko lands a head kick. Jarzynka smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Jarzynka tries to close the distance and clinch but Kyshenko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jarzynka looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kyshenko shoots for a double leg takedown but Jarzynka sprawls well. He's pushed Kyshenko's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jarzynka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kyshenko as he jumps to the side.
Jarzynka slaps away a takedown attempt from Kyshenko, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kyshenko is defending well against a takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tomi Jarzynka will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Jarzynka moves into the clinch.
Kyshenko managing to block the knees to the body from Jarzynka.
Kyshenko is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jarzynka gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jarzynka keeps control of Kyshenko as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Jarzynka fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kyshenko avoids it really well and circles away.
Crunch! Kyshenko slams his shin into Jarzynka's torso.
Kyshenko wants to clinch up but Jarzynka keeps it at a distance.
Kyshenko shoots in for a takedown but Jarzynka shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jarzynka scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Kyshenko throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jarzynka's waist but Jarzynka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kyshenko off to one side.
Kyshenko throws a head kick that Jarzynka semi-blocks.

Jarzynka closes the distance and pushes Kyshenko back into the cage.
Kyshenko wants a takedown but no success here.

Kyshenko blocks a body shot from Jarzynka.
Jarzynka throws a knee to the head but misses.
Kyshenko prevents a takedown attempt there.
Kyshenko is looking for a takedown.
Jarzynka wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kyshenko is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Jarzynka to keep the fight standing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Jarzynka is pressed up against the cage. Kyshenko has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jarzynka down to the mat. Jarzynka avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Jarzynka throws a series of punches but Kyshenko moves out of range.
Kyshenko is looking to clinch.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Kyshenko.
Jarzynka is looking for a sweep.
Jarzynka is pushing Kyshenko's head away, looking to escape. Kyshenko manages to hold on to the position though.
Jarzynka can't do much from the bottom here.

Kyshenko wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jarzynka keeps working.
Jarzynka pushes Kyshenko away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kyshenko gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
You can see the frustration on Jarzynka's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

A close second round but Artur Kyshenko will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Kyshenko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jarzynka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jarzynka working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kyshenko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kyshenko manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Kyshenko takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Kyshenko wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jarzynka's closed guard. He's half up but Jarzynka has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jarzynka pivots and extends the arm, Kyshenko falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jarzynka! Well done that man!
