Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alec Dimanche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dimanche might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 835 - SLAPDASH. Carwin has chosen Mama Said Knock You Out as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dimanche tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carwin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dimanche swings widly with a right hand
and Carwin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Alec Dimanche has been cut.
Dimanche lands a jab.

Carwin lands a left and a right that send Dimanche crashing to the mat, dazed. Carwin thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Dimanche is rocked!

Carwin misses with the combination.
Oh Dimanche is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Carwin lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Dimanche head around and knocks him out cold! Carwin hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

A pretty intense looking Shane Carwin took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
