Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Junko Hatoru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jett Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Padilla comes into a darkened arena with his song building. In da club - 50 cent kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jett Padilla will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Junko Hatoru!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jett Padilla!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hatoru.
Padilla is looking to clinch.
Hatoru feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hatoru accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Padilla utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hatoru passes Padilla's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Hatoru decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Padilla feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hatoru's calf.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hatoru moves into the clinch.
Hatoru managing to block the knees to the body from Padilla.
Hatoru scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Padilla escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Padilla lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Padilla gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hatoru.

Hatoru moves into range and clinches up with Padilla.
Hatoru is trying to trip Padilla. He has hold of a leg but Padilla is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hatoru persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Hatoru gets to his feet - Padilla follows without any prompting.
Hatoru takes the fight into the clinch.
Hatoru lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Padilla backwards.
Hatoru breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Junko Hatoru seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hatoru cracks Padilla with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Padilla is working an open guard so Hatoru takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Padilla gets caught flat footed, as Hatoru shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

letting Hatoru counter with a right hand.
Hatoru shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Padilla manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Hatoru gets to his feet - Padilla follows without any prompting.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Padilla pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hatoru drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Hatoru is looking to take a break and control but Padilla is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hatoru stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Padilla tries to keep at a distance but Hatoru has taken the fight into the clinch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Padilla throws a low kick but Hatoru moves out of range easily.

Hatoru has Padilla pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Hatoru pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Padilla tumbling to the mat - Hatoru dives into Padilla's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hatoru works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Padilla is trying to stand.
Hatoru is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Hatoru has managed to clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hatoru gets to his feet. Padilla looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Padilla has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hatoru, as that shot connected.
Hatoru throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A right-left combo lands from Padilla.
Hatoru clobbers Padilla with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A jab lands there for Hatoru.
Hatoru rushes Padilla and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hatoru manages to break the clinch.
Padilla scores with a leg kick.
A head kick misses from Hatoru.
Padilla is looking to clinch but Hatoru is avoiding it.
Padilla takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Hatoru counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Padilla works over Hatoru's head and body with a nice combination.
