The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mongo looks to land a combination but Lomonosow avoids it well.

Lomonosow scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Lomonosow looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mongo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Lomonosow stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Mongo avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lomonosow throws a right and a left that Mongo avoids nicely.

Lomonosow moves into range and clinches up with Mongo.
Mongo wants to break free but Lomonosow has control.
Mongo works on Lomonosow's body with a couple of short punches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lomonosow is trying to break the clinch but Mongo is controlling him.

Lomonosow gets control of Mongo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Lomonosow will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Lomonosow has control of Mongo's left arm, preventing Mongo from doing any damage.
Mongo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Mongo is posturing up here but Lomonosow has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Mongo tries to roll out but it's too tight and Mongo has to tap! Slick submission there by Lomonosow!
