The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seaworth avoids the head kick by Frantz.
Seaworth misses with a wild body shot.
Frantz tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Seaworth takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Frantz lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Frantz misses with a low kick as Seaworth jumps back.
Seaworth fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Frantz connects with a high kick.
Seaworth lands a nice shot to the body.
Seaworth swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Frantz throws a head kick but Seaworth moves out of range.
Frantz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Seaworth lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Frantz connects with a leg kick. Seaworth looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
WiLL Frantz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Seaworth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Frantz was well out of range. Poor timing from Seaworth.
Seaworth scores with a jab to the body.
Frantz is breathing heavily.
Seaworth moves out of range as Frantz throws a body kick.
Seaworth throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Frantz's waist but Frantz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Seaworth off to one side.
Seaworth lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Seaworth on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Frantz. Frantz obviously looking to wear him down.
A looping hook to the body misses from Seaworth. Frantz does a little dance to reset his feet.
Frantz tries a head kick but it misses.
Seaworth dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Seaworth closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Frantz quickly recovers to half guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Frantz pushes Seaworth off looking to stand but Seaworth dives back in and keeps control.

Seaworth is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Frantz sees it coming and defends easily.

Seaworth tries to pass the half guard into mount. Frantz knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Seaworth is trying to control. Frantz wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Seaworth is looking to advance position but Frantz won't allow it.
Seaworth throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Frantz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Seaworth on the ground.
Seaworth is keen to just control but Frantz is a slippery customer.
Seaworth passes the guard and advances to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
