Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hugo Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Ctvrtlik!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ctvrtlik feints and as Gracie raises his hands in defense, Ctvrtlik changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Ctvrtlik got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ctvrtlik has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie working for submissions but it's allowed Ctvrtlik to get to half guard.
Gracie trying to hold on to Ctvrtlik's head to control him but Ctvrtlik postures up.
Gracie actively working from the bottom here.
Ctvrtlik tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gracie knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Ctvrtlik is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gracie defends it well.
Ctvrtlik decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ctvrtlik throws a head kick that misses.
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Ctvrtlik counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gracie's guard now.
Gracie has an active guard here but Ctvrtlik has managed to pass into half guard.
Gracie is breathing heavily.
Ctvrtlik has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Gracie defend it? Ctvrtlik steps over the head and cranks it - Gracie is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ctvrtlik!
