The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Bastid counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bee won't be happy with that.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bastid sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bee is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Bee is letting Bastid control him for a moment.

Bastid fails to land a wild elbow strike.
A lull in the action here as Bastid stalls from top position.
Bastid cracks Bee with a big right hand but Bee just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Bastid controlling the position easily from mount.
Bastid's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Bastid has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bastid cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Bee is rocked!

Bastid takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bee is still in real trouble! Can Bastid finish him?

Bastid cracks Bee with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
