Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Octavio Paixao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quer Tajik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paixao kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is "Death by Blonde" by Devotchka. Octavio Paixao has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tajik swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Paixao avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tajik shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Paixao manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Paixao wants to get back to his feet.
Tajik wants to control but Paixao is keeping him busy.
Paixao wants to improve his position but Tajik is controlling well.
Tajik is stalling here. Paixao is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Tajik seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Paixao has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Paixao connects with a nice cross there... Tajik is looking wobbly and Paixao recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Tajik to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Paixao jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
