The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir with a poor takedown
and Freedmen counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Frank Mir has been cut.
Freedmen lands a really nice looking cross but Mir seems unphased.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Freedmen sends Mir crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Freedmen is motioning to the referee to let Mir up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Mir is rocked!
Mir fails with the takedown
and Freedmen counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Roger Freedmen!
A relieved looking Roger Freedmen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
