The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruxin throws a sloppy head kick and McArthur moves out of range easily.
Some wild striking there from Ruxin.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ruxin, as that shot connected.
Ruxin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ruxin.
McArthur is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
McArthur takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ruxin misses with a jab, cross combination.

McArthur lands with a kick to the ribs.
The fight stays on the outside here - McArthur looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

McArthur rushes Ruxin and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
McArthur misses with a hook to the ribs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ruxin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McArthur.
Ruxin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ruxin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McArthur momentarily.
