Martinez blocks a head kick by Twist.

Twist throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Martinez creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Twist's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Twist drops to his knees and Martinez pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
