Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Gyver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mac Gyver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Miller!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gyver tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Miller manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Miller looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gyver wants to clinch up but Miller keeps it at a distance.
Gyver moves to clinch but Miller breaks away
and Miller counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.


It looks like Mac Gyver has been cut.
Gyver connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Some wild striking there from Miller.

Gyver rushes Miller and presses him up against the cage.
Miller lands a body shot.
Gyver using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Miller has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Miller is trying to force a seperation but Gyver has the dominant position.
Miller misses with some punches.
Miller trying to control the position but instead, Gyver has worked for underhooks and has pushed Miller into the cage.
Gyver throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Miller blocks it with crossed arms.
Gyver is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Miller is defending well for now.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Miller throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Gyvers head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Miller as Gyver tries to tie him up.
Miller wants to get back to striking at distance but Gyver won't allow it.
Miller softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mac Gyver dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Mac Gyver's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Miller scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gyver tries to close the distance and clinch but Miller swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Miller throws a big shot that misses.
Gyver takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Miller scores with a jab to the body.
Gyver is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Gyver's jab looks to have found its range, popping Miller under the eye.

Miller lands a big uppercut and Gyver crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gyver looks OK. Miller waves Gyver back to his feet!


Gyver is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gyver fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oh Gyver is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Miller steps in with a hook that catches Gyver right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Miller follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Gyver looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Miller!
