The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukala misses with a looping right.
Fukala throws a lazy right hand but Bob sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bob takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Bob rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Fukala counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fukala takes a swing at Bob's ribcage but misses.

Fukala scores with a hook to the body. Bob takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

and Bob counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Fukala thinking.

and Bob counters with a slapping leg kick.
Fukala shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bob sprawls well. Bob wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fukala gets slowly back to his feet.

Bob pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Fukala back to the cage. Bob follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Fukala is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

and Bob counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Nice shot lands for Fukala.
Bob lands a leg kick that knocks Fukala off balance momentarily.
Bob tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Fukala is able to avoid easily.
Fukala walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
