Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Keith Ronald Kernspecht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shingo Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takeda has chosen TAKEDA as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kernspecht swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Takeda counters with a thumping low kick.

Takeda moves into range and clinches up with Kernspecht.
Kernspecht blocks a body shot from Takeda.

Kernspecht pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Takeda scores with a sloppy right hand. Kernspecht should have avoided that one.

It looks like Keith Ronald Kernspecht has been cut.
Kernspecht lands a glancing blow to the side of Takeda's head.
Kernspecht swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Takeda counters with a slapping leg kick.
Kernspecht misses the shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kernspecht tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Takeda paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Takeda avoids the head kick by Kernspecht.
Kernspecht throws a left and a right that both miss
and Takeda makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Takeda plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Kernspecht throws a series of punches but Takeda avoids them all with ease.
Takeda lands with a kick to the ribs.
Kernspecht rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Takeda cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
No joy there for Kernspecht, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kernspecht is breathing heavily.
Takeda scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Takeda lands a jab.
Takeda feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kernspecht's calf.
Takeda lands a right and a left and another right! Kernspecht goes down! Oh, he's in big, big trouble! 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's up to one knee... 9,10! He can't beat the count - this one is all over!

A relieved looking Shingo Takeda thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
