The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyril steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nurse.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Nurse wants to take a breather but Kyril is having none of it.

Nurse is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kyril is just riding it out for now. Nurse eventually gives up the hold.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kyril wants to control but Nurse is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nurse drops an elbow to the side of Kyril's head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Male Nurse dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Nurse throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nurse blocks a low kick nicely.
Nurse misses with a straight right.
Kyril throws a solid leg kick but Nurse takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kyril.
Nurse on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nurse pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kyril takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nurse ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Some bone on bone action there as Nurse checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A telegraphed right hand from Nurse misses the target.
Kyril throws a low kick but it's checked well by Nurse.
Kyril looks for the body kick but Nurse saw that one coming.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Nurse is looking to work some ground and pound but Kyril has wrist control.
Nurse with a flurry of punches that miss.

Nurse distracts Kyril with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Nurse is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Nurse stands and throws Kyril's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Kyril takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Nurse scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Kyril to see if he's OK.
Nurse works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

The strikes coming from Nurse are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nurse is working to tighten is grip on Kyril's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kyril has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Nurse is really squeezing tight and eventually Kyril passes out! Nurse breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
