The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Bjorksen finds it's way through Lewis's defenses.

It looks like Mark Lewis has been cut.
Lewis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lewis throws a hook but Bjorksen avoids it easily.
Bjorksen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lewis's head backwards.

Bjorksen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lewis.

Bjorksen gets caught flat footed, as Lewis shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Lewis postures up in Bjorksen's guard and throws a big left but Bjorksen blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lewis gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Lewis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lewis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Bjorksen counters with a big right hand! Oh Lewis is in trouble here! Bjorksen follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
