The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dybina feints and as Akim raises his hands in defense, Dybina changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dybina lands a couple of digs.
Akim is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dybina is controlling him.

Akim looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Dybina working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Akim's head.

Dybina postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Akim to stand up.
Horrible takedown by Akim or perhaps it was just good defense by Dybina which made him look bad.
Akim changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dybina tries to avoid it but Akim manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dybina to the ground. Dybina escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Dybina counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Akim!

Dybina is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Akim can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Dybina has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Dybina is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Akim goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Dybina!
